• Experience working with remote teams.
• 2+ years of experience in backend technologies like Java, C#, and Node.
• Be familiar with the life cycle of web application development
• It is necessary to have a solid understanding of object-oriented programming.

• Participating in the discovery phase for small- to medium-sized projects. This allows you to develop high quality design ideas with your business partners, product management and user experience teams.
• Participate in daily standups and sprint retrospectives during two-week sprints.
• Troubleshoots production and business issues by gathering information (for instance, issue, impact and criticality; performing root cause analysis to reduce future problems; engaging support teams; developing solutions; driving development of an action program; performing actions as directed in the plan; interpreting results to determine next steps; and completing online documentation.
• Most of coding is done by hand
