• Excellent communication skills.
• Working in an e-commerce environment with high transactions for 3+ years
• Agile methodologies are used.
• Communication and negotiation skills that are effective.

• Create a work environment that encourages team members to own the product and love working on it.
• Experience in software development and testing is an asset. Scrum master certification also helps.
• All stakeholders should be guided and coached to adopt agile principles and tools.
• At the end of every sprint, ensure that deliverables meet quality standards
